Applicable to Casa Margarita & Casa Margarita 2
We kindly ask all guests to read and respect the following Terms & Conditions. By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with these rules during your stay.
1. General Conduct
You will be staying in a private home. Please treat the property, furniture, and all amenities with care and respect. Any damage, breakage, or missing items may result in additional charges.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Casa Margarita: Check-in after 5:00 PM | Check-out before 10:00 AM
Casa Margarita 2: Check-in after 2:00 PM | Check-out before 10:00 AM
Late check-out may be available upon prior request and approval, depending on availability.
3. Capacity & Guests
Casa Margarita: Maximum 14 guests
Casa Margarita 2: Maximum 4 guests
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Hosting unregistered visitors or exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted.
4. Pets
Pets are welcome at both properties. Please ensure they are well-behaved, do not cause damage, and do not disturb other guests or neighbors. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
5. Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly to maintain cleanliness and safety.
6. Noise & Quiet Hours
In accordance with Greek law, quiet hours must be respected as follows:
15:00 – 17:30
23:00 – 07:00
During these hours, please avoid loud music, shouting, or any noise that may disturb the neighbors.
7. Parties & Events
Parties, loud music, and events are strictly prohibited at both Casa Margarita and Casa Margarita 2. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
8. Liability
The hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to lock doors and windows when leaving the property and to handle all facilities with care.
9. Compliance
By staying at Casa Margarita or Casa Margarita 2, you acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, terms, and local regulations. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in penalties, cancellation of your booking, or immediate eviction without refund.
